This position is ideal for motivated lawyers, legal executives and paralegals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the resources of a legal services platform.

You will enjoy the freedom to manage your own caseload while benefiting from extensive back-office, compliance, and administrative support. With no billing targets and the flexibility to work from home, this role is designed to empower you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients and growing your practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice in your chosen area of practice
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and case management via digital systems
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice within your field

Areas of Practice

Applications are welcomed from solicitors across a variety of disciplines, including:

  • Transport Law
  • Conveyancing

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ PQE in your area of practice
  • Self-motivated and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Competence with remote working tools and legal tech
  • UK-based or able to work within a manageable time zone if located abroad
  • Clean professional history (no SRA complaints or PII claims)
