It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Job Description

As Territory Manager for Interventional Oncology, you will drive growth of the Pleural and Peritoneal Access portfolio, including PleurX™ and PeritX™, by working closely with clinical and commercial contacts across hospital and community care. The position suits a senior sales professional who values autonomy, enjoys complex healthcare environments, and is motivated by improving patient access to proven solutions. This field-based role offers full ownership of a strategically important territory across South West England and Wales, covering Worcester, Cornwall and Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial accountability for territory performance, treating the area as a standalone business
  • Clear, data-led territory plans aligned with national and regional direction
  • Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals across NHS accounts
  • Long-term professional relationships with clinical, procurement, finance and operational teams
  • Oversight of product evaluations, trials and adoption processes, including training and support
  • Growth opportunities identified through value-based conversations and care pathway improvements
  • Close collaboration with clinical specialists, marketing partners and sales leadership
  • Accurate forecasting, pipeline control and disciplined CRM use

Preferred Requirements:

  • Solid track record in healthcare sales, with at least five years gained in the NHS, MedTech or medical devices
  • Strong knowledge of NHS structures, purchasing routes and commercial negotiations
  • Confidence navigating extended decision processes and multiple decision-makers
  • Evidence of effective territory planning, prioritisation and revenue forecasting
  • Self-directed, resilient approach, with comfort working independently in the field
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and spend most working time with customers, including occasional evenings or weekends
