Clinical Lead Opportunity (for experienced candidates)

In addition to clinical work, you’ll:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring
• Help shape standards, governance, and service development

Enhanced UDA rate available to reflect leadership responsibilities.

Based in a purpose-built Health & Community Centre on the UEA campus, you’ll benefit from:

What You’ll Need

• GDC registration + Performer Number
• NHS experience (private experience desirable)
• A patient-first mindset and commitment to quality care

For Clinical Lead applicants:

• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Confidence driving clinical standards and good governance
