Full job description

An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Sous Chef to join Sebastian’s Italian team.

Our Sous Chef,

  • 55k
  • Contracted 48 hours week (3 doubles, 2 singles, 2 days off) .
  • Meals on duty.
  • 28 days holiday entitlement .
  • A kitchen specked out with the best equipment.
  • Excellent staff facilities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef. A passion for food and working with fresh and high quality ingredients . An excellent leader with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous experience of working within high volume and fast paced kitchen.
  • Great under pressure.
  • Able to motivate the team.
  • Able to show a great cooperation with front of house.
  • Loves Teamwork.
  • Knowledge of health and safety.
  • Able to cover all the section when needed.
  • Have a strong grasp of stock control, budgets and scheduling.
