We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchasing needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations
  • Negotiate prices and terms effectively to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
  • Organise and prioritise daily tasks to optimise sales opportunities and meet organisational targets
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally

Qualifications
