Location: Hereford City Centre
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.90 per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week – 08:00 to 18:00 (4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

The Role

Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small, friendly team. The main responsibility of the role is the picking and packing of online orders.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and can manage their responsibilities with minimal supervision while remaining part of a supportive team.

We are based on Coningsby Street near the town centre, making us easily accessible by public transport. Free on-site parking is also available.

Working Hours

  • Four on / four off shift pattern
  • 08:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick items from pick locations.
  • Pack products securely for dispatch, ensuring quality and presentation
  • Label and sort packages for delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Assist with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets, particularly during peak periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience is essential.
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Experience with warehouse scanning software is preferred, but full training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.90 per hour
