Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Waiting Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to maintain efficient service flow
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in all areas of service
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
  • Support with setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining a tidy dining environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is advantageous
  • Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions confidently
  • Familiarity with culinary concepts or kitchen experience can enhance your effectiveness in the role
