What’s the role?
We’re opening a brand-new Bills Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2, and we’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Team Leader to help drive excellence in our kitchen. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards and service runs efficiently. You’ll lead, inspire and support your colleagues throughout service, help manage stock and food safety practices, and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Main Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

The right candidate will:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Security Pass Requirements: As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport as well as provide five years’ worth of references that we can verify. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
