Talentmark are seeking experienced Medical Affairs professionals for a highly collaborative, hybrid field and office-based role. This is a broad and impactful position offering the opportunity to translate field insights into strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to a high-performing medical team supporting a strong and diverse product portfolio.
These roles offer a unique blend of external engagement and internal leadership, ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction while driving medical excellence across the organisation.

Salary and benefits:
Highly competitive and dependent on experience. Multiple positions are available across different levels of seniority.

Location:
London and South East (hybrid, approximately 50% field-based)

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to medical affairs strategy and tactical planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant medical education to healthcare professionals.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate field insights into actionable plans.
  • Lead cross-functional medical projects aligned to business and patient needs.
  • Support the planning and delivery of symposia and medical events.
Candidate profile:
  • Relevant scientific or medical academic background.
  • Proven experience within Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on external engagement.
  • Previous roles may include Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Advisor, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager.
  • Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice, compliance, and the NHS landscape.
  • High-energy, proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives without formal line management responsibility.
