We are seeking a Medication Officer to join our compassionate team in delivering high-quality care. This role is based in the UK and plays a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive the appropriate medication management they require, aligning with our commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Oversee medication administration for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health regulations.

Educate clients and their families about medication management and potential side effects.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized medication plans.

Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of medication administration and client health status.

Provide training and support to staff regarding medication protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medication Officer or similar role.

Strong understanding of medication management practices and regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
