Summary

We are looking for reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team at AFOX Logistics - Astral Fox across Northern Ireland - we work from depots in Belfast, Carrickfergus and Omagh and from these locations we cover most of the country. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting packages efficiently and safely, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time. Your contribution is vital to our commitment to exceptional service. As well as delivering in our vans, we are the only delivery service provider in Ireland to offer last mile delivery services on e-cargo bikes around Belfast city centre and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Operate an E-Bike or van to deliver packages efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various locations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding delivery status.
  • Handle and lift packages as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic regulations.
  • Assist in warehouse tasks when necessary, including loading and unloading deliveries.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (provisional license only for e-bike)
  • 3 years driving experience for van drivers
  • Experience in commercial driving or delivery preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently.
