Job Overview
We are seeking reliable Sales/Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers, supporting sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work across various locations, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution network. The position is paid and requires a proactive individual with a professional attitude and a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to clients premises in a timely manner
  • Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service during deliveries and visits.
  • Drive sales with great merchandising skills and building relationships with our customers.
  • Assist with stock organisation and inventory checks as required
  • Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed for upon receipt
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times
  • Follow all health and safety protocols during driving and delivery tasks
  • Communicate effectively with the office team regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during routes

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence suitable for operating company vehicles (category B or higher)
  • Previous experience in delivery driving or sales support is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or routes
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
  • Must be physically fit to handle loading and unloading goods as necessary
