SynergyX Logistics is recruiting experienced delivery drivers to join our expanding delivery operations.

We're offering a competitive new daily rate of £138.70 + VAT (£166.44 including VAT), with an additional £10 daily performance bonus and a further £10 per day for drivers completing six days per week.

That means potential earnings of £158.70 per day (£190.44 including VAT), or £952.20 per six-day week excluding VAT!

Our bonuses aren't just advertised figures. Across our delivery operations, drivers have achieved performance bonuses in 17 of the last 18 weeks.

We provide everything you need to get started, including a van, fuel, insurance, training and ongoing support.

Van, Fuel & Support Provided

Maximum advertised earnings include all applicable incentives and are not guaranteed. Performance and six-day bonuses are subject to meeting the relevant criteria. VAT is only payable to VAT-registered contractors. Rates and payment arrangements may vary depending on the delivery operation.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be completing pre-planned multi-drop delivery routes, delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading your van at the designated delivery depot
• Completing daily delivery routes safely and efficiently
• Using delivery applications to navigate and manage deliveries
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
• Following road safety regulations and company procedures
• Ensuring parcels are delivered accurately and on time
• Keeping your vehicle clean, safe and presentable

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• Be 21 or over
• Hold a full UK/EU manual driving licence for at least 2 years
• Have no more than 6 penalty points, with no major endorsements
• Have at least 1 year of commercial van driving experience
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to pass a DBS and Drug & Alcohol screening
• Have a smartphone, charging cable and power bank
• Be available for regular work, including at least one weekend day every two weeks
• Be reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
• Have good communication and problem-solving skills
• Take a professional, customer-focused approach to deliveries

Previous experience in multi-drop parcel delivery is highly desirable, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
