Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Coach Driver to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe and clean vehicle.

Duties

• Operate the coach in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the allocated vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and orderly interior, ensuring passenger comfort.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information on routes whilst always maintaining a professional manor.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including those with disabilities.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, including passenger counts and any incidents.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Commercial Coach Driver or Delivery Driver is preferred.
• A valid commercial driving licence is essential, along with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting minor issues.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with passengers and team members.
• Experience as a Van Driver may also be considered relevant.

Pay: £29,250.00-£42,000.00 per year
