Craven Dunnill has an unrivalled reputation for the manufacture and supply of fine ceramic tiles, and is looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV Delivery Driver to join its team. You will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to our valued customers across the UK. This role requires a professional driver who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

The role has a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, and is responsible for timely drop offs and excellent customer service across our delivery network; the routes that our drivers use span an area covering West Wales, Cheshire, the West Midlands and the Three Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely operate a Class 2 HGV, adhering to all UK driving laws and regulations

· Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition

· Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues to your supervisor / manager

· Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation

· Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations

· Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed

· Provide excellent customer service, acting as a positive representative of the company at all times

· You will be required to work within warehouse picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Key Requirements:

· Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV driving license

· A clean driving record with no major infringements

· Valid Driver CPC qualification

· Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

· Ability to work independently, with strong time management skills

· A professional, courteous, and positive attitude
