Delivery Driver – Free Van, Fuel & Insurance

Immediate Starts | £250 Joining Incentive
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Full-time, part-time and weekend opportunities | Self-employed

Looking for delivery work with no van rental or fuel costs? Join BESA LOGISTICS LTD—we provide the van, fuel, vehicle insurance and training to help you get started.

No previous delivery experience required. UK driving licences held for 1 year accepted, with a maximum of 6 penalty points (MANUAL & AUTOMATIC)

Pay & Incentives

  • £137.70 per day—or £165 per day if VAT registered
  • Earn an extra £15 per day for good performance
  • Receive a £250 joining incentive after completing your first 15 shifts
  • From 3rd of January, Besa Logistics will increase base rate to £140.4/day +VAT

We also help with the paperwork, with support available from our accountant.

Training & Support

No delivery experience? We’ll help you get started with:

  • Online/app-based training
  • 2 days of on-road training alongside an experienced driver
  • 7 days of easier training routes at full pay
  • Online training and ride along days are paid!!

Experience with DPD, DHL, Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail or other multi-drop delivery companies is welcome, but not essential.

Requirements

To apply, you must:

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 1 year, with at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have the right to work in the UK and valid identification
  • Be able to pass a DBS background check, provided free of charge
  • Be able to commute to our Aylesford depot for every shift
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be reliable, professional and motivated

Both UK manual and automatic driving licences are accepted.

We cannot accept licences containing certain driving offence codes, including TT99, IN, DG, DR, MS or similar serious driving offences.
