We are currently looking for enthusiastic self-employed owner drivers out of Bristol and delivering to Abergavenny and the surrounding areas, with their own van.

We are currently recruiting for self-employed delivery drivers, with their own van, to be part of our fast-growing team. If you have your own van, earn a minimum of £171.50 with a potential to earn up to £228.50 daily, with incentive payments. Plus, we are currently offering a £1,000 incentive payment to new owner drivers.

No previous experience is necessary to join the team. Simply come with a positive attitude, a valid UK or EU driving licence and your own van!

What we can offer you:

• Pay based on a daily rate rather than per parcel.
• Minimum daily payments of £171.50, plus performance incentives to boost your earnings up to an extra £57.00 per day.
• Paid working miles, currently paid at 20p per mile. Paid in addition to the daily rate.
• Additional seasonal incentives.
• Up to 6 workings days available per week, including weekends as we are a 7-day operation.
• Pre-planned 9-hour delivery routes, planned onto a bespoke delivery App.
• Weekly invoice payments paid every Friday.
• Partnership and support from a professional payment provider, who can assist with invoices, Tax and VAT. Also gain access to Digital GP services, several discounts, mental health support and Total van assist.
• Induction days paid at an agreed daily rate.
• One off owner driver incentive payment

What we require from you:

• A full and valid UK or EU driving licence.
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence. With no DR, CD, DG, IN, MS, or TT related endorsements.
• Must pass a CRB check and a Drug and Alcohol test.
• Generally fit, healthy, and able to lift and deliver packages up to 23 kgs.
• Independent problem solver with good communication skills.
• Your own MWB or LWB van.
