Job Description:
We're seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of self-employment with the security of regular work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and delivering packages to residential and business addresses
- Managing daily delivery routes efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate delivery records via electronic devices
- Ensuring safe loading and unloading of vehicles
- Following all safety protocols and road regulations
Essential Requirements:
- Driving licence (minimum 3 year, maximum 6 points)
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 23kg
- Reliable and punctual
- Clear BGC (Background Check - cost covered by company)
- Good geographical knowledge of local area
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Previous delivery or driving experience
- Knowledge of electronic delivery systems
- Van ownership (assistance available if needed)
Working Hours:
- Flexible day shifts
- Routes calculated over 9-hour periods
- Up to 6 days per week available
