Full job description

P & L COURIERS LTD is a growing logistics company based on the Wirral that provides contracted delivery and collection services for some of the nation's leading and most successful delivery companies. Our business is growing, and we are currently seeking self-employed delivery drivers to join our team.

  • We offer earnings from £150 to £180+ per day.
  • Van owner (MWB) (LWB)
  • Candidates will deliver in the same area each day, making the route easy to learn.
  • Depending on experience, routes take approximately 6 to 8 hours to complete.
  • Monday-Saturday shifts.
  • Self-employed status.
  • Opportunities for progress.
  • Depot based in Huyton Symmetry Park, L35 1QR.
  • Competitive earnings paid weekly 3 weeks in arrears

What does the job involve?

  • Loading parcels to the van.
  • Following a pre-planned route, organised on a delivery app.
  • Parcel delivery and collections around the Wirral area.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Huyton, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Please be aware that we only accept candidates with no more than 6 penalty points on their driving licence and no previous endorsements for drink or drug driving, or for driving without valid insurance.
