Looking for a well-paid driving role with a supportive team and excellent earning potential?

Edsco Logistics is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon parcels from our Bathgate

depot. No previous delivery experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing

support.

Excellent Pay

● £150 per day minimum (excl. VAT)

● Up to £170 per day with performance bonuses

● Paid every Friday

● Work 4–6 days per week

● Earn £1,000+ per week including bonus when working a 6-day schedule

● Competitive rates — we're confident our pay is among the best in Scotland

Pay rates include the current Christmas Incentive.

Rate update: Rates are currently £150 per day excluding VAT. From 1 January 2027, the

daily rate will revert to £128.70.

We provide everything you need to complete your routes:

Full Paid Training

No delivery experience? No problem.

Our experienced team will support you every step of the way, including:

You'll receive the training and support you need before completing your first solo route & training

will be paid upon completion of Nursery level 1 routes.

Your Working Day

● Start times from 11:00am

● Pre-planned delivery routes

● Parcels organised for efficient loading

● Dedicated support throughout your working day

● Return to the depot by the evening

What We're Looking For

To join our team, you must:

● Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months

● Have a maximum of 6 penalty points

● Have no DD, DR or CD endorsements

● Be able to pass a DBS check

● Be comfortable lifting parcels weighing up to 25kg

● Be 21 or over

● Be able to travel to Amazon Delivery Station DEH1, Pottishaw Road, Bathgate, EH47

2FB

Working Pattern

● 4–6 days per week

● Full-time and part-time opportunities available

● Weekend availability required — minimum one weekend day per week

● Flexible scheduling to suit your availability
