Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring prompt delivery
• Assist in food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and breakdown
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is key!
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math for billing and transactions accurately
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required
• Reliable, punctual, with a passion for creating enjoyable dining experiences

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
