Personal Cook – Weekly Meal Prep (Part-Time)

Job Overview

I don't have the time to cook as much as I'd like, so I'm looking for someone to come to my home in Leicester once a week to prepare meals for the week ahead.

I'm looking for high-protein, balanced vegan and vegetarian meals. Ideally, you'll enjoy cooking, have a good understanding of nutrition, and be comfortable coming up with different recipes to keep things interesting.

There may be opportunities for additional work in the future, but initially this is simply a weekly meal prep arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Plan a varied weekly menu of high-protein, nutritious vegan and vegetarian meals.
• Prepare and cook meals in my kitchen once a week.
• Portion and store meals appropriately for the week ahead.
• Maintain good standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

Experience

No professional experience or formal qualifications required.

If you're a confident home cook who enjoys making healthy, tasty food, I'd be more than happy to hear from you.

Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to cook well are more important to me than a professional background.

Hours & Pay

• Part-time, approximately one cooking session per week.
• Flexible scheduling by agreement.
• Pay negotiable depending on experience and the arrangement.
