Full job description

Ffarm Hall is Wales' first 100% plant-based hotel & restaurant , in the village of Betwys-Yn-Rhos, between the coastal towns of Conwy and Abergele.

The 14-room boutique hotel launched in May 2026 by Macbeth Hotels Ltd, who run the awarding winning Beck Hall Malham, England's first 100% plant-based hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting other chefs
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
  • Maintaining the highest levels of standards
  • Monitoring stock, including stock rotation
  • Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
  • Keeping all working areas clean and tidy
  • Preventing cross contamination
  • Referring to menu specifications for all food prep
  • Complying with all food safety policy and procedures
  • Any other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications

  • Solid experience working in commercial kitchens with an all-fresh menu
  • Familiarity with plant-based cuisine is a huge plus
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
