Property Photographer – Warwickshire & Cotswold Estate Agency Network

Full-Time

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Property Photographer to join our established estate agency network, covering a range of offices across the beautiful Warwickshire and Cotswold area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for property photography and understands how to present homes to the highest standard. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients make an outstanding first impression by producing exceptional marketing material that showcases every property at its very best.

The Role

Working across our network of offices, you’ll be responsible for photographing a wide variety of residential properties, from charming Cotswold cottages to contemporary family homes and prestigious country residences. You’ll work closely with our sales teams to deliver professional, high-quality imagery and ensure every property is presented with accuracy and attention to detail.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience in property or estate agency photography.
  • Has an excellent eye for composition, lighting and detail.
  • Is trustworthy, reliable and highly organised.
  • Presents themselves professionally and delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Is confident working independently and managing a varied daily schedule.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Has experience producing high-quality property floor plans (desirable).
  • Has experience carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), or holds the relevant qualification (desirable).
  • Has experience creating professional property videos, drone photography and videography (CAA qualifications advantageous where required), and engaging social media content for property marketing (highly desirable).
