Recruitment Consultant

Term: Permanent Position, Full-Time

Working Hours: (Monday-Thursday) 8.30-5.30 Fridays 5pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold and warm outreach, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your client portfolio, increase market penetration, and drive revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client hiring challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet their workforce and business goals.
  • Market Mapping: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to position yourself as an industry expert.
  • Client Meetings & Pitches: Arrange and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to pitch services, gather insights, and win assignments.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage fee negotiations and secure exclusive or retained agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently work toward and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and billing targets.
