Full job description

We have an opportunity for a full-time Nutrition & Pet Care Territory Manager (East) to join our sales team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You must live within the territory, please see the Counties below for further details.

About the Role:

As a Nutrition & Pet Care Territory Manager, you would be responsible for nurturing new accounts and growing the business in existing veterinary accounts. Building strong relationships with all members of the veterinary team within independents and buying groups, the role involves being able to have both clinical and strategic business discussions with our customers and work in partnership with them to grow their business. The role is based on in person customer interaction and as such, some nights away will be required.

The East territory covers Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Peterborough, Leicestershire, Warwickshire & Northamptonshire.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role would:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be proactive in their approach
  • Have proven sales experience in a relevant field
  • Have a genuine passion for pets and a strong interest in pet nutrition & pet care
  • Live within the current territory
  • Thrive working within cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the drive to succeed
  • Possess a full clean UK driving licence
