Salary: £26,500 to £28,500 per year

Intuitive Thinking Skills is a leading provider of Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes, leading with extensive experience across numerous public sectors. We are excited to announce a new vacancy for a Criminal Justice Life Skills Coordinator to deliver our accredited, short-duration Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes in HMP Styal.

This position is based in a custody setting within HMP Styal, although occasional weeks may be spent in other North West prison establishments.

At Intuitive Thinking Skills, our mission is to transform lives by promoting positive change. We deliver impactful programmes across diverse sectors, including Employment, Criminal Justice, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse.

The Role:
As a Criminal Justice Life Skills Coordinator, you will:

  • Deliver engaging group sessions.
  • Facilitate Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes tailored to varied audiences.
  • Work across different settings
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to support participants in their personal and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in delivering group work and/or one-to-one sessions to adults or young people.
  • Strong engagement skills and the ability to connect with diverse course participants.
  • A robust work ethic and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Desirable: Experience or lived experience in Employment, Mental Health, or Criminal Justice sectors.
  • Ability to pass MoJ national Vetting is essential.
