Salary: £30,000

Hours: Full Time 40 hours to include weekends

The Role:

The Coed-y-Mwstwr Hotel, a charming Victorian mansion nestled on a serene, wooded hillside in Bridgend, is searching for a passionate F&B Assistant Manager to join our team. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Vale of Glamorgan and beyond, we offer more than just a job — we provide an opportunity to lead, inspire, and craft unforgettable experiences.

This role is a leadership role within our Food & Beverage team, and you would work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager in delivering an outstanding service proposition to support these magical moments for our guests. This is a fast-paced and busy environment, and you would lead part of the F&B team, inspiring them to deliver the type of service you would be proud of.

What does work as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager look like:

Food & Beverage Maestro: You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience. 

Team Player: You will be a vital part of the team and you will contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making every day experiences special. 

Leadership: You will support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations, daily briefings and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. You will lead by example to inspire the team in delivering exceptional standards of performance across all areas of F&B department to including events, restaurant, bar, room service and outdoor events. 

What We are Looking For:

Passion: You will have a natural enthusiasm for creating positive guest experience and cherished moments. 

Team Champion: You will have the ability to work well within a passionate team and mentor and lead the team.
