This four-star hotel combines period features with contemporary design, offering guests stylish rooms and relaxed luxury. Dining is centred around the Oban Brasserie, serving Scottish classics and seasonal seafood, while the in-house Mara Spa provides a haven of relaxation in the heart of the "Gateway to the Isles."

Confidently promote and upsell menu items, including daily specials, desserts, and drinks.

Share knowledge and passion for food and wine, including recommending pairings to enhance guest experiences.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with hotel standards and licensing regulations.

Support smooth-running service by coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential, we'll provide full training.

An interest in wine and food pairings, with confidence in recommending specials and upselling.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Attention to detail and pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.

A positive, reliable team player with energy and enthusiasm.
