Reef Entertainment is a UK video game publisher working across a broad range of titles of licensed and original video game titles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing strategy of various titles in growing roster of releases.
>> Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining familiarity with our titles, including your own play, the experience/knowledge of Reef’s team members, critic reviews and customer feedback etc.
- Conducting market research and product analysis for our titles, including defining market trends, identifying target customers, determining segmentations etc.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns for our titles in collaboration with Reef’s team members, monitoring, analysing and evaluating campaign performance.
- Delivering the plan and gaining feedback from our developers, publishers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Producing post-mortems for our partners’ representative titles.
- Managing and maintaining Reef's Marketing calendar, including keeping track on important information, activity and dates and staying team members informed.
- Documenting SOPs that details follow step-by-step information on how to execute a task.
>> Our requirements (Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills at first interview):
- Marketing Degree / marketing experience in video games - You MUST understand key marketing conception (environment analysis, segmentation, targeting etc.)
- in video games, working in release management, production, or a similar, related field
- A minimum of 3 years product management experience in video games is essential, either from within a publisher or developer, marketing digital games globally.
- Good knowledge and interest in gaming on PC and Consoles
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
- High level of written English.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills - You feel comfortable working in an office environment and can work well as part of the team.
- Time management skill - You are highly organised & punctual, you can set clear priorities to allocate work tasks and focus on deadlines to complete them efficiently. Deadline and responsibility are important for us.
