Full job description

If you’re a games QA Tester with experience of testing across multiple platforms, we’re looking for someone just like you to join Hello Games, based in Guildford.

You’ll be part of a team of testers who work closely with all disciplines at Hello Games, so we’re looking for good technical confidence. We would also like a tester with a good sense of the players perspective and experience.


Responsibilities

  • Finding bugs, even the most deeply buried ones, writing them up clearly and reporting them accurately and concisely.
  • Proactive and good at spotting problems on the horizon and dealing with them before they become an issue.
  • Create and manage test plans from beginning to end.
  • Provide insightful player driven feedback.

Qualifications

  • Lots of proven experience of testing games.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with bug databases and workflows.
  • The ability to get on with the job with the minimal amount of supervision.
  • A team player, keen to get involved in a variety of tasks to help out where they can.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with PCs and consoles.
