They work closely with businesses across a range of industries, delivering results through creativity, collaboration, and fresh ideas.

They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone who is creative, confident, passionate about marketing, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment. Whether the successful candidate already has some experience creating content or simply has a strong interest in social media and digital trends, they are looking for someone with energy, ideas, and a willingness to develop.

The successful apprentice will be joining a supportive and collaborative team who are committed to helping them succeed. From day one, they will gain hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing while learning from experienced professionals who will guide and mentor them throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Alongside their day-to-day role, the apprentice will receive expert training through Baltic Apprenticeships one of the UK’s leading digital apprenticeship providers. Training is delivered in dedicated 2-day blocks every 4–6 weeks, giving them the opportunity to build industry-recognised skills, gain valuable knowledge, and achieve their qualification while earning and learning.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Scheduling content on social media platforms.

Writing captions and copywriting for social posts.

Graphic design and video editing.

Provide content ideas and production.

Implement marketing strategy for Another Way Digital and related businesses (NetPoint Solutions and Fulcru).

Administrative tasks like website population and content management.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

A good eye for detail and accuracy.

Passion for marketing and digital media.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Confident communicator with a professional attitude.

Graphic design experience or a passion for design would be an advantage.

Due to the nature of this role, you must have a UK driving licence

Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this programme

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£18,000-£20,000 per annum .

9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
