Area Manager- North Region.

NicheCom is the UK’s leading provider of Property Marketing Services and one of the few businesses that can produce Professional Photography, Floorplans, EPCs Videos, Drone Images & Virtual Tours. Furthermore, we also have a specialist in-house team dedicated to all client editing, design and print requirements, providing a one-stop-shop for all Property Marketing needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to Manage a highly successful team across Beds, Cambs, Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk.

You will need to become a Subject Matter Expert on our full range of our products, soft skills and associated systems. Senior point of contact for the team you will be managing and their clients. Ideally with experience in the Photography and Videography Industry.

Driving and leading a Team forward of up to 14 Photographers through delivering a quality service, with excellent results across the networked area.

Maintaining efficient and smooth day to day operations by planning and implementing photographer workload strategy to ensure practical procedures are followed, service level agreements are met, product quality is maintained to the highest level and photographer forecasts are achieved.

· You will report into the Regional Director

· You will need a Full UK Driving Licence

· Experience in the Management sector, a knowledge of Photography or Marketing would be beneficial.

· Experience within the Estate Agency Industry also useful

· Target & Goal Focused

· Competent Systems and IT skills desirable.

Core responsibilities and accountabilities

DAY TO DAY

· First managerial point of contact for managed photographers.

· Manage area operations, overseeing managed photographers’ activity to ensure adherence to:

a) Service Levels

b) Company standards & Communication

· Guidelines and procedures First managerial point of contact for our clients (at branch level) and their clients (vendors/landlords/tenants).

· Complaint handling

· Manage leave allowances

MONTHLY

· Provide monthly housekeeping statistics for all managed photographers

· Organise photographer meetings

QUARTERLY

· Deliver quarterly Traffic Light results and analysis for each managed photographer

· Health Check meeting with each managed photographer

a) Review financial and practical performance

b) Review quality and consistency of their work

c) Review client/vendors critical and complimentary feedback

d) Offer training, support and development

e) Offer encouragement, support and coaching on maximising daily visit income

f) Create and execute Performance Improvement Plans where necessary

ONGOING

· Complete annual photographer practical & personal reviews

· Full recruitment of new photographers

· Ensuring that our Health and Safety policy for managed photographers is put into practice, standards are maintained and improved. Keep our Health and Safety log book updated and ensure that records are kept.

· Liaise with Client Engagement on the on-boarding of new clients.

· Liaise with Head of Training & Development on new and existing staff.

· Monitor managed photographer workload, overall headcount and liaise with Regional Director on organisational issues to coordinate and create effective solutions

Scope and range of the role.

Area operations, mainly dealing with photographers and clients. Working closely with, Regional Director, Head of Training & Development and Client Engagement Executive.
