Audio Visual Manager

So, if you are a skilled audio-visual technician with over four years of experience and you’re looking for the next step up, or you’re a current experienced audio visual manager looking for a new role, either way, we would love to hear from you!

As the Audio Visual Manager, you will manage all AV technicians in the supply and performance of all audio visual equipment for our corporate clients and be a great all rounder technician.

You will work closely alongside the Operations manager on audio visual projects, attend briefing / de-brief meetings, be the lead point for all audio-visual requirements and planning of events. This is a very hands on role and you will need to be someone who likes to get stuck in.

Skill Set:

  • Liaising with clients to provide quotes and proposals alongside Operations Manager
  • Liaising with internal team to pull projects together
  • Conducting site visits prior to events if required
  • Specifying AV equipment requirements to match clients brief
  • To manage and motivate team members and freelancers during times of pressure in a professional manor
  • To plan for the provision of all AV needs at events alongside event managers
  • Assessing AV equipment prior to event delivery
  • Operational management and stock control
  • Onsite technical event delivery alongside team of technicians
  • Ensure faulty kit is removed from all stock or quarantined until repairs are completed by the technicians in-house

Experience Required:

· Four years+ of audio-visual technical experience

· Experience with LED Video Wall, building, processors and configuration

· Experience with Resolume and Current RMS (desirable)

· Experience of audio, presentation and lighting

· Live stream experience

· Permanent Installation experience (desirable)

Must have a clean driving licence, be able to be physically capable of lifting heavy flight cases and be able to pass a police vetting NPPV1 check (due to some of the venues we work in). Please note that this role will naturally include evening and occasional weekend work due to the nature of the live events industry.
