Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team at an online-only perfume brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, expertise in audio production, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life through video. This role involves capturing high-quality footage, ensuring professional audio quality, editing engaging content, and collaborating across teams to produce videos that captivate and connect with our digital audience.

Duties

• Capture and edit video content for various projects, ensuring high production quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop storyboards for video projects tailored for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Ensure high-quality audio recording, including setup and management of microphones, sound levels, and audio editing during post-production.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production (experience with After Effects is a significant benefit).
• Enhance videos with graphics, animations, and audio effects using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
• Set up and light shots professionally to achieve visually appealing results.
• Conduct photography sessions as needed to complement video content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography, video editing, and short-form content creation.
• Maintain an organized library of video and audio assets and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.

Experience

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality short-form content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects is a significant advantage).
• Strong understanding of audio recording, mixing, and editing techniques, with experience using audio tools and equipment.
• Expertise in setting up professional lighting for video shoots.
• Strong understanding of photography principles and techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset and the ability to produce polished, professional videos under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
• Passion for social media and a deep understanding of trends, viral content, and audience engagement strategies.
