We're looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence, promote our venues and help drive customer engagement, bookings and footfall across the Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the hospitality industry, has a passion for social media and knows how to turn great content into real business results.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging social media campaigns across our portfolio of pubs and restaurants.

You'll work remotely from anywhere within Nottinghamshire, with regular visits to our venues to capture content, promote events and work alongside our management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop social media accounts across the Group, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including photography, videos, reels and promotional graphics.
  • Promote food and drink offers, new menus, live entertainment, special events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for each venue.
  • Create targeted advertising campaigns to increase customer engagement, bookings and footfall.
  • Work closely with venue managers to identify promotional opportunities.
  • Visit venues regularly to capture fresh content and showcase the atmosphere, food, drinks and events.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to customer interactions where appropriate and help build our online communities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach and results.
  • Identify new trends, creative ideas and opportunities to grow our audiences.
  • Ensure all content reflects the individual identity of each venue while maintaining the professional standards of Good Company Group.

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, self-motivated and passionate about hospitality.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and social media advertising.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging written and visual content.
  • Experience using design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and work independently.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and promotional opportunities.
  • Flexibility to visit venues when required, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
  • Must be based in Nottinghamshire.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality, pub or restaurant industry.
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of hospitality marketing, customer engagement and local promotions.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.

What We Offer

  • Flexible remote working from anywhere in Nottinghamshire.
  • The opportunity to work across a diverse and growing portfolio of hospitality venues.
  • Creative freedom to develop exciting campaigns and promotional ideas.
  • A varied role with opportunities to make a real impact on business growth.
  • The opportunity to become an important part of a growing hospitality group.

If you're passionate about social media, love the hospitality industry and have the creativity and drive to make our venues stand out, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
