- Support camera preparation and production setups including kit checks, lenses, batteries, media and basic lighting equipment, as well as shooting responsibilities
- Assist senior members of the production team on larger shoots while developing your own camera and production skills.
- Edit short-form video content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Support footage management including ingesting, organising, backing up and preparing media for post-production.
- Work from creative briefs and shot lists while developing the confidence to identify additional moments and content opportunities on location.
- Support fast turnaround content production during live events and busy sporting calendars.
- Keep up to date with social trends, creators, filmmaking techniques and emerging styles of sports content.
You Have:
- Experience creating video content whether professionally, freelance, or through your own personal projects.
- A portfolio, showreel or examples of work that demonstrate your interest in filmmaking and visual storytelling.
- A basic understanding of cameras, lenses, composition, exposure and frame rates.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- An understanding of social media platforms and the type of video content that performs across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- A genuine interest in sport, content, social media and visual storytelling.
- The ability to work calmly in fast-moving environments where schedules, access and opportunities can change quickly.
- The ability to travel across the UK and internationally when required for shoots and events.
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office.
Our Benefits Include:
- Flexible working environment (hybrid) – 2 days per week at London offices.
- 25 days of holiday per year, plus standard Bank Holidays.
- Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave coverage
