Our Videographer plays a vital role within our organisation, responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our product range, supports eCommerce sales, and enhances our customer experience through clear and engaging product and assembly videos.

CareCo’s Videographer will optimize video content for multiple platforms to drive customer engagement and support conversions, whilst working in a brand new, purpose built and fully equipped studio environment within our Head Office by the end of the year.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 37.5 over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo’s Braintree site.

What are my responsibilities?

• Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content, with a strong focus on product showcases, assembly guides, and promotional videos.
• Work closely with product managers, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure videos accurately represent products and meet customer needs.
• Edit raw footage into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned videos optimised for online use.
• Add graphics, text overlays, music, and voiceovers as needed to enhance video content.
• Liaise with external agencies and freelancers for larger video production projects or specialist support.
• Maintain video equipment and manage the organisation and storage of video assets.
• Stay up to date with video production trends, techniques, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, design, and digital teams to deliver effective video content.
• Communicate project timelines, progress, and requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery when necessary.
• Utilise video production, editing software, and internal content management systems to create and publish video content.

What qualifications & skills are required of me?

• 2+ years of experience within a Videographer (or similar) role.
• Experience working within a studio environment is a must.
• A showreel or portfolio capable of showcasing your existing work.
• Demonstratable organisation skills to assist you in the busy day-to-day of the role.
• Ability to work well within a team of marketing and design professionals.
• Whilst not essential, a degree involving video production would be desirable.
• Experience in social media, motion graphic creation, photography, model casting, e-commerce, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative software, would all be desirable, but not essential.

What would working for CareCo offer me?

• £25,500 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
