We're looking for a talented and curious Content Creator to uncover those stories and share them with the audiences that matter. Whether it's showcasing innovative projects, highlighting customer success, celebrating our people, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments, you'll play a key role in telling the story of our Engineering businesses.

This is far more than a typical marketing role. You'll spend time getting to know our businesses, building relationships with colleagues, visiting sites, asking questions and uncovering the stories others might miss. You'll then transform those insights into engaging written, photographic and video content that informs, inspires and connects with customers, employees and future recruits.

About the Role

Working across the businesses within Goonvean Group, you'll create content that builds awareness, strengthens our brands and showcases the expertise, innovation and people that make our businesses successful.

You'll create content across a variety of channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, internal communications, case studies and recruitment marketing. Alongside written content, you'll also create photography and short-form video content using a mobile phone and editing applications. You do not need to be a professional videographer, but you should be confident creating, editing and publishing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Research and develop stories that showcase projects, innovation, customers and people.
• Produce articles, case studies, news stories and recruitment content.
• Create photography and short-form video content for digital channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars and content campaigns.
• Measure and report on content performance and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple businesses.
• Ensure all content reflects company values and brand standards.

About You

You'll be a creative storyteller who enjoys getting to the heart of a story and finding new ways to engage an audience. You'll be confident speaking with people at all levels and comfortable working across different business environments.

Essential

• Minimum two years' experience creating content for marketing, communications or digital channels.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Experience creating, editing and publishing photography and video content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to company sites.
