Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Stockport – In person
Experience: 6+ years preferred

About the Role

P.Louise is looking for an experienced and creatively driven Senior Videographer to join our growing Creative team.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of video projects from concept through to final delivery, helping shape the visual direction and continually raise the standard of content across the brand.

You'll work across major campaigns, launches, social content, events, founder storytelling and our upcoming P.Louise documentary - creating everything from cinematic brand films and interviews to fast-paced, social-first content.

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can take a brief and elevate it, confidently making decisions around storytelling, cinematography, lighting, framing, movement and editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead videography across major campaigns, launches, social content and documentary projects.
  • Take creative ownership of shoots from concept and pre-production through to filming and final delivery.
  • Capture premium, cinematic footage across campaigns, interviews, beauty, product, events and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Direct talent, creators and contributors confidently on camera.
  • Make strong creative decisions around cameras, lenses, lighting, framing, composition and movement.
  • Develop concepts, shot lists and storyboards alongside the Creative team.
  • Edit to a high professional standard, including colour grading, sound design and final finishing.
  • Create content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, paid social and wider digital campaigns.
  • Provide creative and technical direction to junior members of the video/content team.
  • Stay ahead of emerging filming techniques, social trends and creative technology.
  • Explore and implement AI video and AI-assisted production tools to enhance storytelling, production and post-production workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally 6+ years' professional videography experience within commercial, branded or creative environments.
  • A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating cinematic storytelling, campaigns, interviews and social-first content.
  • Advanced knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio.
  • Excellent handheld, tripod and gimbal operation.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, movement, lighting and colour.
  • Advanced editing skills, ideally across Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with documentary or interview-led content is highly desirable.
  • Beauty, fashion, lifestyle or entertainment experience would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and ideally hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted creative production, using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Adobe Firefly or similar.
  • Confidence to challenge and elevate a brief rather than simply execute it.
  • Comfortable directing talent and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to work at pace while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.

What Success Looks Like

You'll become a senior creative voice within P.Louise, helping us continually raise the quality and ambition of our video output.

You'll be trusted to take an idea and turn it into something exceptional - whether that's a viral TikTok, major campaign, product launch or defining moment within the P.Louise documentary.

You'll also help us explore the future of content production, combining traditional filmmaking expertise with AI and emerging creative technology.

Most importantly, you'll understand that at P.Louise, content isn't just about capturing what's happening - it's about making people want to watch.

Benefits

  • £45,000 - £50,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • On-site gym
  • Significant creative ownership
  • Work across major campaigns, launches and productions
  • Opportunity to work on the P.Louise documentary
  • Opportunity to experiment with emerging AI creative technology
  • Fast-paced, collaborative creative environment

Application

Please submit an up-to-date CV and portfolio/showreel demonstrating your previous work.

Examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted video work are also encouraged.
