Aspire Property Group is looking for a high-performing Video Creator to join our in-house Media Team.

We want someone who can own the full creative process, from shooting on location to crafting edits that hook and hold attention across platforms. Someone who knows how to make people feel something through content.

What You’ll Do

• Capture content on location at property sites, events, the office and behind-the-scenes with our team.
• Plan and film engaging footage using cameras, gimbals, and audio equipment to support each project’s creative vision.
• Take raw footage and craft high-quality edits for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.
• Collaborate with our Media Manager, Creative Lead, and on-screen talent to shape high-retention content.
• Own the full post-production process: from storytelling and sound design to captions and motion graphics.
• Stay on top of content trends and bring fresh, scroll-stopping ideas to the table.
• Contribute to a variety of projects across multiple brands—property, education, personal branding, and more.

What You Bring

• A strong showreel that shows your eye for storytelling, pacing, and creativity across multiple formats. (Bonus point if you tailor it to us)
• Proven experience shooting and editing for social media (bonus points if you understand platform-specific nuances.)
• Comfortable working with video gear on-site: cameras, lighting, audio, and shooting interviews or B-roll.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud video edit software
• A passion for content, culture, and making things that actually get watched.
• A bias for action, high standards, and a team-first mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, in-house or agency environment.

Salary will be decided on experience and ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
