The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Videographer & Content Creator to join our Studio / Brand team. You’ll take ownership of video projects from concept through to final delivery, creating content that supports new product launches, brand campaigns and always on digital activity.

Working closely with Marketing, Brand Design, Buying, Sales and E-Commerce teams, you’ll ensure video content aligns with commercial objectives while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing, shooting and editing video content for product launches, e-commerce, trade shows and social platforms
  • Managing end-to-end video projects, from ideation and storyboarding to filming and post-production
  • Creating engaging content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites and blogs
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver content aligned to brand and commercial strategy
  • Monitoring performance and using insight to refine and improve output
  • Staying ahead of digital trends and exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance video workflows

About You

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and confident balancing creativity with structure, priorities and deadlines.

Essential:

  • Degree (2:1 or above) in Video Production or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in end-to-end video production, within retail, e-commerce or a commercial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition
  • Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to commute to our Oldham office

Desirable:

  • Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or 3D animation tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy or performance analytics
