What You'll Do

As our new Video Editor / Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our content and brand presence. Here's some more info:

Collaborate and Innovate:

  • Work closely with our creative media team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and themes for video productions and media campaigns.

Create Captivating Content:

  • Edit video and audio footage to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Use industry-standard software like Davinci Resolve (essential), Unreal Engine, and cutting-edge AI to bring your creative visions to life. Create Ambisonic and Atmos-style audio sound for podcasts and films.

On-the-Ground Action:

  • Attend events and presentations, managing and setting up all audio and video equipment (primarily Sony/BlackMagic).
  • Capture the excitement of events through live broadcasts and on-site filming.

Be a Tech Trendsetter:

  • Help us gain exposure within the industry by creating content that stands out. Bring a fresh, quirky perspective to the tech industry, making it accessible and fun whilst still on brand.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

  • Learn and apply virtual production techniques, such as real-time rendering and compositing. Stay updated with the latest trends in media production and technology.

Team Player:

  • Adhere to processes and provide updates to the team and our clients.
  • Work alongside our marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in DaVinic is essential.
  • Experience with sound editing software is a plus.
  • Skilled in operating video equipment (primarily BlackMagic and Sony), including lighting and sound.
  • Experience in setting up and using greenscreen and tracking technology (this can be trained if needed).
  • Knowledge or interest in virtual production is advantageous but not essential.
  • A portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing and production work.
  • A degree-level qualification in media, film production, or a related field is desirable but optional.

  • Full-time position with standard hours Monday to Friday.
