The Role

You’ll lead the creation and delivery of compelling digital content across our key engagement platform, MyCompass (powered by WorkJam), ensuring content is creative, relevant and drives measurable engagement.

Working closely with teams across Communications, HR and Operations, you’ll turn business updates and initiatives into engaging stories and visual content that employees actually want to consume.

  • Support delivery of a structured content calendar aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure content is audience-focused, engaging and optimised for internal digital channels
  • Help drive engagement across a dispersed workforce of 55,000+ colleagues

Platform & Performance

  • Publish and optimise content on MyCompass, making full use of platform capabilities
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance
  • Support improvements to user experience and accessibility

  • Translate complex business updates into clear, engaging formats
  • Work with external creative agencies where required

Brand & Quality

  • Maintain brand consistency across all content
  • Champion best practice in digital content creation
  • Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve engagement
What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience producing digital content across internal communications or engagement platforms
  • Strong creative skillset across Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects)
  • Experience of creating a content plan/calendar
  • Proven ability to create engaging visual and multimedia content
  • Understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles and audience engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience working with large, frontline or operational workforces
  • Familiarity with WorkJam or similar digital engagement platforms
  • Experience using digital analytics or CMS tools
  • Strong copywriting or editing skills
Why Join Us?
  • Play a key role in shaping the digital experience of one of the UK’s largest workforces
