Whitlock & Lowe Ltd have a rare & exciting opportunity within their growing marketing team working with 3 of their luxury British brands (2 oak frame building brands and 1 sofa brand).

Each brand has its own unique identity with a highly detailed level of craftsmanship which creates each beautifully bespoke building and every elegantly customised sofa. The high level of personability and intricate design options provides these brands with a wide scope for creativity and differentiation in creating content across platforms; allowing our team to let their creative juices flow in new and exciting ways, meaning our new candidate needs a curiosity for new concepts, a love for creativity and the drive and initiative to create intriguing and refreshing marketing content.

We are seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our team, who is organised, proactive, and good at using their initiative; whilst also having the passion and creativity to continuously drive, develop and improve all three brands, increasing market presence and generating sales.

The candidate will require the below skill set:

· Excellent photo editing skills - Photoshop, Lightroom & Indesign.

· Video editing skills – premier pro.

· Photography & videography creation using both smartphone and professional camera (not essential).

· Pre-planning and leading photoshoots, collaborating with the team and external photographers to achieve excellent quality and captivating content for both digital and print marketing.

· Social media managing – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Tik Tok, covering all areas from content creation, engagement, building followership and brand awareness, both organic and paid.

· Social media Analysis – Regularly analysing the three brands and carrying out competitor research; applying your findings and adapting content accordingly.

· Generate engaging creative content for social media (video and photo), keeping up to date with new tools/features and linking the brands appropriately to current events and trends in order to generate an interactive community of followers.

· Design other promotional material both digital and print; ie postcards, emails, brochures etc.

· Creative writing for websites; eloquently describing new products and writing informational and engaging ‘blog’ pieces that link our brand to current and appropriate trends.

· Email marketing – Creating, developing and managing campaigns.

It is essential that the candidate understands and has experience of working with luxury brands and high-end customers, delivering the required tone of voice whilst efficiently working/managing multiple brands.

Targets for this role are:

Generating leads

Improving content

Increasing followers and engagement

Providing feedback on areas of improvement throughout marketing

Developing reach within the target market

Providing in depth analysis and solutions for progression

Establishing an email marketing strategy

For candidates with lots of passion and ambition, the role has potential to expand into managing and developing our newest brand, supporting on the below tasks

  • Sales generation
  • Taking incoming calls and directing enquiries
  • Monitoring emails
  • Liasing with suppliers and clients
  • Processing orders

Working hours: 40 hours per week (finishing on a Friday at 3pm)

Salary: £27,000 – 35,000 depending on experience

Holiday entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing each full calendar year

worked up until a maximum of 30 days is achieved)
