We’re looking for a creative, proactive social media marketer and video content creator to grow two connected brands:

Properties by Guru — my personal brand, sharing my journey from pharmacist to property entrepreneur, renovation projects, investment insights and life behind the business.

Pharmacy Property Club — a property investment brand helping pharmacists explore investment opportunities across the North East.

You’ll work directly with me to create content that builds trust, grows our audience and generates qualified investor enquiries. We need someone who can take ownership of the process—from ideas and planning to filming, editing and publishing.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a clear content strategy and calendar for both brands.
• Organise and attend filming days at properties, renovation projects, the office and events.
• Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and longer videos.
• Create property walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, project updates and investment breakdowns.
• Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions and calls to action.
• Help me deliver naturally and confidently on camera.
• Build content around my pharmacy background, property journey and business experience.
• Create targeted content for pharmacists interested in property, additional income and building a portfolio.
• Manage publishing and maintain a consistent presence across relevant platforms.
• Identify suitable trends, collaborations and influencer partnerships.
• Track content performance, audience growth and investor enquiries, using the results to improve future content.
• Check project figures and investment claims before publication.

About you

• Experience creating video content and managing social media accounts.
• Strong filming, editing, storytelling and copywriting skills.
• A good understanding of personal branding and generating enquiries through content.
• Confidence suggesting ideas, directing filming sessions and taking initiative.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage content from start to finish.
• Available for regular filming days across the North East.
• Interested in property, business and entrepreneurship.

Experience with property marketing, pharmacist audiences, paid advertising or influencer collaborations would be a bonus. You don’t need a large personal following—we’re looking for strong work and proven results.

Consistent, engaging content that strengthens Properties by Guru, builds Pharmacy Property Club’s reputation among pharmacists and brings in qualified enquiries for North East property investments.
