Kit and Kaboodal is an online fashion retailer based in North Yorkshire and we are looking to add a full time photographer/videographer to our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced fashion environment and create dynamic content for our ever growing socials, plus drive forwards our product offering through elevated lifestyle photography.

Kit and Kaboodal has a record breaking year planned with lots of exciting project and opportunities so it is the perfect time to be joining the team.

We are looking for a switched on, trend-aware individual who can bring fresh ideas and energy to drive forwards photography and videography within the company. With weekly photoshoots and video sessions you will play the vital role in preparing product for our studio and outdoor sessions, shooting the product and editing the content. This is an exciting hands on role in a fast paced environment where, if proven successful, you can really develop this role into being a vital part of our marketing department. You will also work on BTS, promotional and fun workplace content for social channels and promotions so being able to bring new ideas and a creative input is essential.

Working alongside our Marketing Director, Manager and assistant you will also help support the marketing team with product listings, website management, content creating, email marketing and scheduling content. Being flexible and adaptable to the needs and changes in the department is essential. We are a fun and friendly team but we do have a high turn over of product and content and you must be able to work in a fast, organised and efficient fashion. When needed, we all work together to support each other to make sure the job is done!

- Photograph and film content for website/socials/PPC etc.

- Photograph products, flat lays in studio environment

- Create live content across socials

- Edit content and create dynamic videos

- Optimise content for web use

- Focus on visually engaging content to help build social profiles

- Knowledge and insight in trending audios, content ideas etc.

- Develop and expand our content by analysing and reporting on content.

- Listing and assisting with website product listing and management-

Scheduling content and sending to relevant channels

- Preparing products and content for shoots

- Managing and organising content and equipment

- Content creating for website/email marketing

- Helping and playing a vital role in helping complete tasks on a department level

You will:

- Experienced at using Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut and CapCut

- Creative flair and passion for social content creation

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Flexibility to work and assist with other tasks and department needs

- Experience of photography and videography with portfolio examples

- Drive and ability to lead photography and video sessions

- Experience in creating live content on socials such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok(not essential)

- Buzzing with energy and fresh ideas

- Good creative writing skills

- UK Driving License (we operate from a rural location and also have occasional location shoots across North Yorkshire)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
