Hours: Full-time

Benefits: 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, international travel.

The Designer Role

We're looking for a Designer to join a busy design team within a media company.

You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams, creating a range of materials across print and digital. This will include event campaigns, email marketing, social media graphics, web banners, client campaigns and sales presentations.

You'll manage several projects at once, making sure work is delivered on time and meets the brief. It's a new role within the team, so there's plenty of opportunity to bring your ideas and help shape how things are done.

Key Designer Responsibilities

  • Design marketing campaigns for email, social media, websites and advertising.
  • Create promotional materials for events and webinars.
  • Produce digital campaigns for clients, from planning through to launch.
  • Design presentations, proposals and sales materials.
  • Keep media packs and branded materials up to date.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams on new projects and campaigns.
  • Review campaign results and report on performance.

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years' experience in graphic design, ideally in marketing, publishing, events or an agency.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience using PowerPoint and creating email campaigns, web banners and social media content.
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • An interest in using AI tools to support your work.
  • A portfolio showing examples of your design work.

Experience with publishing, events, video editing or campaign reporting would be an advantage.

What's on Offer?

  • £30,000-£38,000 salary.
  • 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension.
  • Opportunities to travel to international events
  • A varied role with room to develop and take on more responsibility.
