About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Video Sales Consultant to manage warm air conditioning leads from first contact to close. You’ll conduct sales calls via Zoom or phone, clearly present options, and help homeowners choose the best AC solution for their specific needs.

You’ll be supported by an internal lead gen team and a proven quote tool that helps pre-qualify interest. Your focus will be converting opportunities into confirmed installs while delivering a helpful, pressure-free experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales and wants to make a difference in people’s homes.

Core responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Conduct video consultations and follow-up calls with warm inbound leads
  • Understand customer needs, property layout, and key priorities (comfort, cost, energy saving)
  • Present air conditioning options clearly and confidently using digital tools and imagery
  • Prepare and send tailored quotes using our templated system
  • Follow up with customers to handle objections, clarify details, and progress the sale
  • Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover and installation
  • Track all communication and pipeline movement in the CRM
  • Hit monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets

A bit about you

  • 2+ years in consultative sales, ideally over the phone or video
  • Confident in presenting technical products in simple terms
  • Strong closer with a customer-first approach
  • Great listener and communicator
  • Familiar with basic CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

Extra credit

  • Experience selling HVAC or renewable energy products (e.g. air con, heat pumps, solar)
  • Understanding of property types and room layouts (domestic)
  • Experience using tools like Zoom, Loom, or sales enablement software
  • Background in remote sales or high-ticket consumer products
  • Experience working in a fast-growth or startup environment
