SNS is a dynamic, creative and innovative digital marketing agency specialising in social media, influencer marketing and content creation. With a diverse portfolio of global and household names as clients, we are proud to be one of the most established and exciting agencies in Norfolk.

2025 has been a stellar year so far and following further growth we are looking for an experienced and creative Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for managing social media and influencer marketing campaigns for our clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. You will build excellent client relationships, develop exciting and unique campaign concepts, source and negotiate with influencers, manage a budget and provide creative direction on photoshoots and report on campaigns.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role and very strong client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Influencer campaigns end-to-end, including negotiations and contracts
  • Planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms
  • Shoot planning and direction
  • Creative copywriting
  • Strategic brief writing and end-to-end delivery ownership, including management of influencers
  • Creative social strategy writing
  • Supporting on and presenting at client pitches
  • Participation in team workshops and brainstorms
  • Liaising with clients via email, video call and in-person meetings.
  • Managing client budgets and forecasting
  • Analysing and evaluating campaign data
  • Tracking and reporting on performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved and requirements are met, identifying opportunities and escalating risks
  • Working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Overseeing end-of-month reports
  • Building & maintaining relationships with clients/brands
  • Up-selling services and add-ons to your clients
  • Consistently developing your knowledge of the ever-changing digital marketing sector

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar digital marketing account management role
  • Very strong relationship-building skills
  • Project management skills and experience sufficient to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at the same time
  • Creative thinker - able to be reactive, identify trends and create original content ideas
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist and the ability to identify trends, up-and-coming influencers and content creators
  • Confident ability to speak to clients on video calls
  • Expert knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape, particularly across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Strong negotiator
  • A social-first mindset is essential
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Agency marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced or rapidly growing business environment
  • Experience working with influencers
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro
  • Experience of paid social marketing
