As part of our commitment to achieving this growth and positioning ourself as a leading figure within the legal sector, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Content Manager to assist in developing engaging and informative content and expanding our online presence.

Position Overview:

As a Content Manager at Parfitt Cresswell, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence through compelling content creation and editing of various forms of media such as video and radio. From crafting and filming engaging videos to curating impactful radio segments, you’ll ensure that every piece of content resonates with our audience and maximises its potential. Parfitt Cresswell are fortunate to have an existing recording and editing radio studio so the opportunity to create high quality content is exceptional.

Alongside this there will be potential to development and implement a social media strategy focused on enhancing the Firm’s growing online presence and generating new business for the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Editing:

· Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm, produce, and edit high-quality video and audio content that showcases our firm's expertise and values.

· Edit raw footage into polished videos with high production value using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Add graphics, text overlays, and music to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of videos.

· Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all media platforms.

· Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while maintaining a high standard of quality.

2. Social Media Strategy:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and create compelling written and visual content for social media campaigns, blog posts, and newsletters.

· Create and manage a content calendar to ensure we reach our target audiences and remain top of mind

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

· Create clear target audiences to optimise against.

· Track and analyse social media metrics and video performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content.

· Prepare regular reports detailing key insights and recommendations for optimisation.


· A thorough understanding of content creation and delivery either through previous experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

· A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics / Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

· An ability to take a brief/detailed raw footage and turn it into engaging and informative short and long-form content.

· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

· Experience in managing social media accounts, optimising content for target audiences and brand safety.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Prior experience in a professional industry or familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
