Full job description

DOMNO. is a UK streetwear jewellery brand. We make stainless steel rings, chains and bracelets, plus tees and hoodies, and sell to customers all over the world. We have around 400k followers on Instagram and 300k on TikTok, and most of our sales come from ads on Meta and TikTok.

We’re a small team and we like it that way. Nobody’s precious and everyone gets stuck in.

The role

You’ll film our content and edit it into ads. We aren’t after a cinematic video editor. Our ads are simple: good shots of the jewellery, people wearing it and quick cuts that stop the scroll. If you can make something look good on your phone and cut it in CapCut, you’re most of the way there.

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Editing shoot footage into short ads for Meta and TikTok (CapCut / Final Cut Pro Etc)
  • Working from the briefs our Head of Ad Content writes
  • Cutting creator clips into ads
  • Adding text, music and voiceovers
  • Hitting a weekly deadline so new ads go live every Wednesday

Training

You’ll be trained properly. You’ll start in person with us in Kent and learn how we shoot, what works in our ads and why. Once you’ve got the hang of it, there’s the option to work from home part of the week.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re always on TikTok and Instagram and you know what good content looks like
  • You’ve edited short videos before, for yourself, a brand or friends
  • You’re comfortable using CapCut or Final Cut Pro
  • You have a good eye for a shot and you like getting it right
  • You’re organised and can stick to a deadline
  • An interest in fashion, streetwear or jewellery is a big plus

You don’t need a degree or years of experience. Show us what you’ve made.

How to apply

Send your CV and a link to some content you’ve filmed or edited. TikTok, Instagram, a Drive folder, anything works. Tell us in a few lines why you want the job.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
