Full job description

Location: Hybrid, with offices in Belfast and Bangor

Are you a creative digital marketer with a flair for content, an eye for video and strong experience using Meta?

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support external marketing and internal communications across our legal firm. You’ll help bring our people, expertise and services to life through engaging content, while keeping colleagues informed and connected.

The role

Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will:

  • Plan, create and publish content across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

  • Produce engaging written, visual and video content, from team updates and short interviews to informative posts about our legal services.

  • Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to manage content and support paid campaigns.

  • Support external communications, including website updates, email campaigns and firm news.

  • Create clear, engaging internal communications to share updates and celebrate achievements.

  • Manage a content calendar, ensuring communications are timely, consistent and aligned with our brand.

  • Monitor performance and use insights to improve engagement and campaign results.

  • Work with legal teams to ensure content is accurate, professional and appropriate for its audience.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Practical experience in digital marketing and social media management.

  • Interest in content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to make complex subjects clear and accessible.

  • Experience filming and editing video, particularly short-form content for social media.

  • Good working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, including paid social campaigns and reporting.

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to work with colleagues across different teams.

  • Sound judgement when handling sensitive information and communicating on behalf of a legal firm.

Experience in legal or professional services would be welcome, but is not essential.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working, with offices in Belfast and Bangor.

  • A varied role spanning digital marketing, content creation and internal communications.

  • The opportunity to help shape our digital presence and showcase the people behind our firm.
